NORTH WEST NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: PROTECTED AREAS ACT (57/2003): ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NEW NATURE RESERVE, IN THE NORTH WEST PROVINCE

The MEC for the North West Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development, has in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) of the NEMPAA, declared the Rietspruit Rusoord Nature Reserve and has, in terms of section 38(2)(a) of the NEMPAA, assigned the management thereof to the Marico River Conservation Association.
