The Dr JS Moroka Local Municipality has, in terms of sections 12(3)(b) and 13 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act 3 of 2000 read with sections 156 and 162 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Act 108 of 1996, given notice of its intention to pass the following by-laws -
- Water Services;
- Cemetery; and
- Health.
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments on or before 23 September 2014.
