The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs has published, in terms of section 43(3)(a) read with section 100 of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act 10 of 2004, a draft biodiversity management plan for Gypaetus Barbatus Meridionalis (Bearded Vulture).
