The MEC for the Department of Environment and Nature Conservation Northern Cape Province has, in terms of section 33(1) of the National Environmental Management Act: Protected Areas Act 57 of 2003 given notice of his intention to declare the Wit Clay Gat Nature Reserve, located on the Bokkeveld Plato, Hantam Municipality.
