The MEC for the Department of Economic Development, Environment and Tourism in Mpumalanga Province has, in terms of section 23(1)(a)(i) and (b) of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act 57 of 2003, declared the Tafelkop Nature Reserve on the properties as set out in this notice.
