The MEC of the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 23 of the NEM:PAA, declared the Roosfontein Nature Reserve on the properties as set out in this notice, with the eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality being assigned as the management authority thereof.
