The Minister of Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning has, in terms of section 23(1) of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act 57 of 2003, declared the Rooiolifantskloof Nature Reserve on the properties situated in the Kannaland Municipality as described in this notice.
