The MEC of Agriculture and Environmental Affairs of Kwa-Zulu Natal has, in terms of section 28 of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act 57 of 2003, declared the land described in this notice to be the Pongola Bush Protected Environment, with the Pongola Bush Protected Environment Landowners Association being assigned as the management authority.
