The MEC for Agriculture and Environmental Affairs of Kwa-Zulu Natal has, in terms of section 23 of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act 57 of 2003, declared the properties listed in the Schedule to this notice to be the Empembeni Community Nature Reserve and assigns Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife as the Management Authority.
