The MEC of Agriculture and Environmental Affairs of Kwa-Zulu Natal has, in terms of section 23 of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act 57 of 2003, declared the land described in this notice to be the Blue Crane Nature Reserve, with the Jackson Trust being assigned as the management authority.
