The MEC of Agriculture and Environmental Affairs of KwaZulu-Natal has, in terms of section 33(1) of the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act 57 of 2003, given notice of his intention to declare the Nomalanga Nature Reserve, the Dargle Nature Reserve, the Red Desert Nature Reserve, the James Wakelin Nature Reserve and Nambiti Private Nature Reserve, as described in this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations to the Chief Executive Officer: Ezemvelo KZN Wild within 60 days of publication of this notice (i.e. by 20 January 2014).
