The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 24H of the NEMA and regulation 9 of the section 24H Registration Authority Regulations, 2016, approved the levying of fees for applications for registration, lodging of appeals and annual fees for registered candidate environmental assessment practitioners and registered environmental assessment practitioners.
