NATIONAL WATER ACT (36/1998): PRELIMINARY ALLOCATION SCHEDULE FOR COMPULSORY LICENSING PUBLISHED IN TERMS OF S46(1), FOR S21(a), (b) AND (d) WATER USE IN THE MHLATHUZE CATCHMENT

The Deputy Director General: Water Sector Regulation has completed a preliminary allocation schedule for the Mhlathuze Catchment in terms of section 46(1) ofthe NWA, a summary of which allocation is set out in the annexure to this notice.
