Anikha Abarder

Anikha qualified with degrees BA, LLB from the University of Cape Town in 2008 and 2012, respectively. She served her articles at MacRobert Inc and thereafter was admitted as an attorney on 2 May 2014. After being admitted as an attorney, she remained at MacRobert Inc as an associate in the Corporate Litigation and Medical Law Departments. In December 2016, Anikha was appointed as a director in the Cape Town Corporate and Litigation Department while maintaining a presence in the Medical Law Department, in particular, with regard to business natured medical law matters.

Anikha spesialises in Corporate and Commercial Law, Tax Dispute Resolution, Commercial Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She also has a keen interest in Professional Indemnity Law, in particular, as it pertains to Healthcare Professionals.

Anikha has rights of appearance in the High Court of South Africa, The Supreme Court of Appeal and The Constitutional Court.
