The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment hereby repeals the Regulations regarding Fuel Burning Appliances in Dwelling Houses made in terms of section 44(1)(dA) of the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act, 1965.
The reason for the repeal is that the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act 1965 has been repealed and the Regulations and Notices have become redundant.
