The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment hereby repeals the Smoke Control Regulations made in terms of section 18(5) and Smoke Control Zone Orders made in terms of section 20(1) of the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act, 1965.
The reason for the repeal is that the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act 1965 has been repealed and the Regulations and Notices have become redundant.
