The Drakenstein Municipality, by virtue of the powers conferred by section 156 of the Constitution 1996, hereby enacts the Air Quality Management By-Law, 2021. The By-Law regulates, inter alia, the municipality’s obligation to regulate air pollution within the jurisdictional area of the municipality.
