The Minister of Tourism has, in terms of section 15(2)(b) of the NEMA, published the Environmental Implementation Plan of the Department as approved and adopted by the Sub- Committee on Environmental Implementation Plans and Environmental Management Plans.
The Environmental Implementation Plan is effective from the date of publication (i.e. on 20 April 2018).
