The Minister of Environmental Affairs has declared portions of farms as described in the Schedule to the Notice hereto being: “Kwelera National Botanical Garden extension declared on Farm No 1505, Division of East London, Eastern Cape Province” as part of the existing Kwelera National Botanical Garden, under section 33(1)(b) of the Act.
