The Capricorn District Municipal Council has enacted By-laws to inter alia, promote and protect the health and well-being of all people within the municipal area by providing an effective legal and administrative framework, in conjunction with any other applicable laws, within which the Municipality can develop and manage its municipal health service obligations.
