The Minister of Environmental Affairs has, in terms of section 7(5) and (6)(a), read with section 57(1) of NEM:AQA given notice of her intention to amend the 2012 National Framework for Air Quality Management in the Republic of South Africa.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations to the Minister within 30 days of publication of this notice (i.e on or before 25 June 2018).
