The MEC for Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development in the North West Province, has in terms of Regulations 5(4) read with regulations 3 and 4 of the Environmental Management Framework Regulations, 2010, given notice of her intention to adopt the Final Draft Environmental Management Framework (“EMF”) for The Bojanala Platinum District Municipality.
Members of the public were to submit written representations or comments to the MEC, of the North West Province within 30 days after publication of the notice.
