The MEC for Economic Development Environment and Tourism Limpopo Province has in terms of sections 23 (1)(a)(i) and 33(1) (a) of the NEM:PAA, given notice of his intention to declare the respective land parcels as delineated in the schedule to the notice as addition to Balule Nature Reserve in Limpopo Province.
Members of the public must within 60 days of publication of the above notice (i.e. by 6 February 2019) submit their written representations regarding the proposed declaration to The Head of Department of Economic Development Environment and Tourism Limpopo.
